Why it is needed
Employees face a long list of courses and a scattered set of experiences: the LMS, recognition, gamification, and events such as hackathons and prompt-a-thons. The hub brings them into one place and connects them, so people see what to do next and what they have achieved.
Where it fits
Usually part of Scaling, the second phase, together with CAiRA and the cockpit. What it does
For the learner
- See your e-learning, live sessions and the next module in one place
- Track your belt, badges and what you need for the next belt
- Earn points with daily challenges and weekly quizzes, and see where you stand on the leaderboard
- Find upcoming AI events and sign up
- Reuse reviewed prompts from colleagues in similar roles
- Open CAiRA, the Learning Agent, from the same page
For the manager
- Point the team to one place for everything about the program
- Give kudos that show next to the team's progress
- Promote the sessions and events you run
For the leader
- Publish sponsor messages where people already go
- Target content by role, region and business unit
- See belt progress next to adoption and value in the Cockpit
What it is not
- It is not the system of record for learning or achievements. It presents or links to that data.
- It does not replace your LMS. The relationship to your LMS is defined per client.
- It does not calculate scores or belts itself.
Platform and data dependencies
- Built on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) alongside Copilot.
- Approved content and branding
- Learning and achievement data exposed by your systems
- A named administrator for pages, content and permissions
- A handbook for the support team that publishes updates and maintains the site
