Conversation guide
The story behind every role page, the questions that qualify an opportunity, and the questions for a leader pre-meet.
The story in eight steps
- 1Organizations have invested in AI, but access alone does not change work.
- 2People need practical capability, not only awareness.
- 3Leaders and managers create the conditions for applying it.
- 4Learning is connected to real roles and tasks.
- 5A hub and an agent keep the experience going between sessions.
- 6Measurement separates participation, adoption, productivity and business outcomes.
- 7An operating model sustains the program and supports new products.
- 8Agentic transformation extends the approach into redesigned processes.
Qualifying questions
- Is there an executive sponsor who will take part personally?
- Are AI licenses already rolled out, and to how many people?
- Is there a learning owner and LMS publishing capacity?
- Can the client expose usage and learning data?
- Is the ask fluency, an agentic use case, or both?
